LeVelle Moton Park Improvements Project
Tuesday, November 10th & Saturday, November 21st (9 a.m. to noon)
Need: 10 people each date

The project:
The Rotary Club of Raleigh and the Southeast Rotary Club of Raleigh are partnering to make a difference in parks and green spaces at the LeVelle Moton Park by providing hands-on service projects. Get ready to get dirty! Some of the volunteer activities may include but is not limited to:
• Picking up litter in parks and along trails
• Planting trees in parks and along trails
• Raking fall leaves for composting
• Working with mulch to improve the playground area

As a reminder:
• Staying home, if sick, is a necessary precaution to avoid potentially transmitting the Coronavirus (or other illness) to others.
• Please wear a mask while you are volunteering.
• Volunteers can keep themselves and others safe by practicing social distancing when fulfilling shifts. The CDC and other health organizations recommend keeping a gap of at least 6 ft (1.83 m) between volunteers, during the current COVID-19 pandemic.
• Please refrain from handshakes and hugging while COVID-19 remains a concern.
• Follow all national, state and local guidelines for protecting yourself and others against COVID-19.
